We value your privacy as a customer. We do not share or sell the personal information you provide us, either from our store or web site, with any company, organization, or individual. All information is treated with the strictest confidentiality, and as such is restricted to management level personnel only.

Email:

When you give us your Email address, we do not share or sell that information. To be added to, or removed from our email list please use our Feedback Form found on the Contact Us page.

Information Forms: (Feedback, Sign-up, Survey, etc.)

The personal information you provide us using any of our web site forms is treated with the strictest confidentiality, and is used either for management purposes or to provide you with the requested service;  i.e. - Monthly Newsletter, Special Sales notification, Purchase / Shipping status, Class Sign-up, etc.

Credit Card and PayPal Transactions:

In today's electronic Internet age, Credit Card fraud and on-line Identity theft have become a major concern and worldwide problem. In order to insure the security of our customer's financial transactions we Accept All Major Credit Cards at our store in Greenfield, WI. using the latest standard electronic card reader. Additionally, we monitor all card expiration dates, and verify that the user's card is Not Listed on our financial institution's lost or stolen card list.

For Internet Security reasons, we have made the decision to conduct all of our Web Site and Ebay sales transactions through PayPal rather than on-line credit card processing through our financial  institution. PayPal's security measures ensure that both the buyer and seller are protected from possible fraud. For additional information on PayPal's privacy and security, read their Security Page.

Environment:

While we have no control over the manufacturing process used for the products that we sell (types of materials, and their impact on the environment both during production or eventual use by consumers), we make every effort as a responsible community member and retail business to comply with and follow Local, State, and Federal EPA guidelines and recycling procedures.

The majority of the products that we sell have labels containing product package contents, ingredients, or warning statements as to possible personal or environmental impact or dangers.

As part of the Hobby Industry's commitment to become "Green Friendly", we promote and ask that our customers return all used, damaged or dead hobby and general-use batteries (standard, cobalt, lithium, and ni-cad disposable and re-chargeable) to our store. Upon accumulation of a sufficient number of these batteries, a local recycling firm (Inmetco) retrieves and then properly disposes of them under Federal EPA guidelines (RBRC).

By each of us working individually and as a community, we can all make a difference and significantly help to "Keep Our Environment Green".

All class fees and dates are subject to change without notice. Payment in full must be received in order to reserve a place in class. Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the Instructor or Greenfield News and Hobby.
