There is almost no assembly, they fly brilliantly, and they look very scale on the ground and in the air. I've had my Cub to the local ball park no less than six times since my flight report, and I LOVE flying this little plane!

Ask almost anyone what a Piper J-3 Cub is, and they'll probably be able to describe the bright yellow 'barn-storming' plane with the black lightning bolt down the side. The J-3 Cub is a small, simple, light aircraft built between 1937 and 1947 by Piper Aircraft. With its tandem seating, it was intended for flight training but became one of the most popular and best-known light aircraft of all time.
